Author and Publisher Services

In addition to the Value Added Operations department, TBS offers a Publisher Requirements department - a dedicated client-facing, customer service team - who look after all publisher’s requirements.
 
These services include:  day-to-day enquiries, publisher copies (orders for publishers’ offices, free copies to third party addresses, events (i.e. London Book Fair), media reviewers), reps copies, frees, reviews, car stock and consignment accounts. Catalogue and jacket mailings are co-ordinated by the team, who also organise and host in-house and off-site author signing sessions.

A range of additional services are also offered by IT, Logistics and Customer Services, including a dedicated author phone line. This allows authors to place direct orders for their books, whether they are an account holder or cash customer.
