We provide a white-labelled web fulfilment services to clients, comprising shopping basket/cart technology and an e-fulfilment platform enabling sales and distribution direct to customers.
You can tailor the service with your own branding and logos, so that the purchasing part of their service matches in with your own front end website.
We integrate seamlessly with your Content Management System, and our physical and digital e-fulfilment service, to provide an integrated end to end service for your clients in your name.
You remain in control with an easy ‘plug-in’ to a proven, reliable shopping service
Connect to our existing, stable e-commerce system, using a simple link from your website. Clients retain responsibility for the bibliographic content, pricing, promotions and presentation of their products on their websites and handle all marketing aspects of the site. All customer and sales data belongs to the client publisher and is recorded and protected for their use only.
Where your front end captures registration data, this can be passed over to the back end in the form of an encrypted key (using web services) enabling us to identify your customer and fulfil to them accurately.
We provide the ‘back-end’ services, processing sales and delivery:
- Collection and processing of customer orders
- Generation of fulfilment requirements
- Handling of customer services (via email)
- Production of web sales reports based on customer data, etc
- Physical fulfilment managed from our existing distribution centres in the UK.
Timing, contracts and delivery
Our approach is to scope out the service, then issue a detailed technical specification (for use by your front end developer and implementation team), together with a specification detailing the services we will offer and the timeline for delivery. This will typically be 6 weeks for a standard e-fulfilment service, including 2 weeks of end to end testing.
We can then provide a price for set-up and ongoing support (comprising customer service, upgrades, bug fixing and routine maintenance). Having agreed a launch date with the client, a step by step project plan is produced setting out a comprehensive development, and testing plan, and our dedicated project manager works closely with our developer and your team to deliver the service.
