Orders for Granta Books should be placed with Macmillan Distribution (MDL) up until 29th February 2008. From Monday 3rd March 2008 distribution of Granta books will transfer from MDL to The Book Service (TBS) and all orders and service requirements should pass through TBS.
Returns
Authorised returns relating to orders placed prior to 3rd March 2008 should be sent to MDL until 30th May 2008. No returns will be processed by MDL after this date. All authorised returns after this date should be forwarded to TBS.
Payments:
Customers should make payments for accounts due to the originating distributor.
