Orders for David and Charles (D&C) should be placed with D&C up until Tuesday 30th June 2009. From Wednesday 1st July 2009 distribution of D&C will transfer from Trade Counter Distribution Ltd (TCD) to Grantham Book Services (GBS) and all orders and service requirements should pass through GBS.
Returns
Authorised returns, relating to orders placed prior to 1st July 2009, should be sent to TCD until 30th September 2009. No returns will be processed by TCD after this date. All returns authorised for orders placed after 1st July 2009 should be forwarded to GBS.
Payments
On orders invoiced prior to 30th June 2009, customers should make payments directly to D&C. Orders after this date will be invoiced by GBS to whom payment should be made.
PubEasy
From 1st July, PubEasy customers can manage their David & Charles orders as part of their usual GBS account via this service.
